Não consigo estabelecer ligação com o Speedtouch 330... :(
Durante quase toda a tarde houve uma falha eléctrica na minha zona, regressou por volta das 21:00, liguei o PC e quando tentei estabelecer a ligação, uns segundos depois deu um erro "678" e assim continuamente, liguei depois então ao suporte técnico Sapo, ele disse-me pra criar uma nova ligação mas manualmente seguindo alguns passos, mas deu na mesma, o mesmo erro "678", a princípio o problema não é deles, pois para além de ter sinal no modem, o software do mesmo detecta a ligação 1024/256 o que dá a entender que supostamente ainda há alguma comunicação entre o modem e o PC! O técnico disse-me que o problema estaria exactamente no meu PC e que talvez tivesse algo relacionado com a falha eléctrica! :confused:
Entretanto formatei pra nada... :angryfire menos mal que ainda não suspendi o serviço Netmadeira! :icon16:

Tenho um modem adsl que posso emprestar enquanto não te substituem o modem... Afinal, os da Sapo fazem isso de graça, não? :confused:

O Luís emprestou-me um Siemens mas com este ele faz uma tentativa de ligação e depois acaba por dar um erro "638" por time out... :( começo a desconfiar que o problema não é meu, pois nem mesmo formatar resolveu o problema!
tb axo que o problema nao é so teu pq o hugo tb tem o mesmo prob... :confused:
hum... as tantas há algum problema nas ligações telefónicas :humm: melhor ligares para lá a saber o q se possa tratar :)
Mas nao achas estranho ele nao ser o unico com esse problema??

Lembrei-me agora dos tempos em que tinha clix turbo: por vezes ficava várias horas/1~2 dias sem net por problemas de ligação... Segundo a clix, o problema estava na PT da Madeira, mais precisamente, na central da zona...
Uma carta enviada por fax à PT (Avenida Zarco) resolveu o problema, até hoje (OniDuo actualmente)...
IGod, tenta averiguar directamente na Sapo Madeira se as ligações para a tua zona estão bem, é que com estes temporais e ventos às vezes perturba um bocado as coisas. Parece-me que o problema está de facto na ligação, já que segundo o ISP tens tudo regularizado.

Bem pode ter a vêr com o mau tempo de ontem, é que realmente é estranho após ter ficado uma tarde toda sem luz e depois ao voltar já não ter ligação... :confused:

A carta por fax é mais eficaz.. Especialmente quando a mandas para várias delegações (Av Zarco e Calouste Gulbenkian). Fica registado como reclamação e tudo...
De qualquer forma, insiste por tel no Sapo (eles devem ter uma outra linha sem ser a de valor acrescentado), reclama um bocado e eles resolvem (afinal, são todos da PT).. Diz que se continuar assim, metes net de algum concorrente, melhor, diz que vais mudar para a Tele2 (net e chamadas), aí eles ficam todos com medo :biggrin:
Aqui em casa fizemos isso (usamos a tele2 para chamadas e oni para net) e não à um único mês em que a PT não ligue com promoções "fantásticas"...
Off-topic - Já que não podemos fugir do "bicho" da assinatura, temos que exigir qualidade ou então mudar para um concorrente!

Estive a pesquisar um pouco por outros lados e efectivamente o problema é mesmo deles, não é propriamente um problema recente, já afecta clientes a alguns anos!
No acto desta pesquisa encontrei foi outra novidade, parece que a Sapo ADSL andou a testar ligações a 2048/256 para o tarifário Standard e ligações a 4072/512 para o tarifário Pro :22_yikes:, ao que parece poderá entrar em funcionamento já neste mês que vem, a vêr vamos...

Sobre o sapo, tenho um colega de um forum do continente que foi dos felizardos (leia-se contemplados) com a experiência da sapo a 4mb/s...

Por acaso ja tinha visto esses testes e esses speeds sao de facto muito :thumbsup: ,mas... será que o valor será o mesmo ou vai aumentar muito :confused:
LuisP, não percebi a parte do aumentar muito...
Ele neste momento tem a ligação 4mb/s, com 512k de upload.. E pelo que ele mostrou em termos de download, é de facto fantástico, ele consegue vários gigas em poucas horas..
Mas segundo ele me disse, daqui a um mês ou nem tanto, ele passa a ter o serviço de 2mb/s, já que é o que ele está a pagar.
Eu refiria-me ao cacau, á massa, ao granel,ao money,aos erossss :rofl: :2cents:

Obviamente que as mensalidades serão as mesmas! Eles apenas vão fazer o upgrade das ligações de cada tarifário!

Se as tarifas se mantiverem e é o k acredito k aconteça, pk não faz sentido eles aumentarem o produto acima do aumento normal da inflação! Ter uma verdadeira ligação 2mb é mt melhor do k ter a merda da ligação netmadeira!!!
Falta ver é o palfound da coisa. Era porreiro se eles aumentassem isso também um pouco. Encarregava-me de levar uns poucos de users netmadeira para ADSL sem mtas dificuldades.

Eu já sabia que este modem ia dar barraca... A minha ligação ainda não está activada, provavelmente amanha já estará (Sapo Pro)
Decidi instalar o kit, mal não faz (supostamente)..
1º - Inserir CD
2º - Pede de imediato para ligar o modem ao PC
3º - Ligo o modem à porta USB
4º - Double click in "Internet ADSL". Coloco o user/pass naquela apesar de saber que não ia dar pa ter net, mas as tantas já estaria activado e não era avisado.
5º - DLinggg dlinggggggg.... ERROR 692 :puke:
6º - :22_yikes: .... PC faz reboot sozinho. (Não vi o blue-screen, n sei se tenho a visualização do mm activada)
7º - Entra no Windows, com o modem ligado... dlingg dlinggggg.... REBOOTTTT.. Nem aguentou 1m ....
A merda do modem é IceData 500 vs1.1 ... Tava aqui com um feeling que isto ia dar merda.... Minha mumi vai cancelar hj a Netmadeira e em vez de ficar 1/2 dias sem net... Vou ficar mais, pois nem vou conseguir entrar no Windows com a merda deste modem ligado.... :banghead:
compra um modem adsl decente :D tem na Vobis uns poucos... tão em propaganda wireless agora :P

FDS eles que forneçam é material +/- fiável.... Não vou ficar sem net por causa destes abutres!!!

baza, quando foi que pediste a activação? No meu caso levou 3 dias úteis... pedi na Sexta e na Quarta recebi a sms que já tava activado!
Quanto ao modem... já mandei vir dos UK um D-link G604T! Um modem "always on" é necessário... :P
Modem IceData 500 vs1.1 voces acham assim tão mau...tenho instalado bastantes e não tenho tido problemas... tenho aki uns drivers mais actualizados 1.2 :wink:

Yeh por acaso ja tinha feito o download da vs 1.2 ... Agora fico à espera que a linha me seja activada... Para então ver se é problema com o modem ou não...
E amanha já fico sem net.. espero bem que 4ª já tenha ADSL a bombar :grinno:
